Candi Mazol   (Vaginal Cream)

Broad Spectrum Anti-mycotic and Anti-trichomonas

Composition:
Each 100g Candi-Mazol Vaginal Cream contains 2g Clotrimazole.

Indications:
Candi Mazol is a broad spectrum antifungal. It exhibits activity against trichomonas, streptococcus, staphylococcus and bacteroides. It has no effect on lactobacillus.
Candi Mazol Vaginal Cream is indicated for the treatment of vaginal infections due to fungi, mainly candida and/or trichomonas.

Usage:
Dosage of Candi Mazol Vaginal Cream is inserted as deeply as possible into the vagina twice daily in the morning and evening for three consecutive days, or once daily for six consecutive days, preferably at night.
(Each 5g applicator dosage contains approximately 100mg Clotrimazole).
Treatment should be timed so as to avoid the menstrual period and be finished before the onset of menstruation.
To avoid re-infection, the partner should undergo local treatment with Candi Mazol at the same time.

Side Effect:
Candi Mazol may very rarely cause local mild burning or irritation immediately after applying the cream.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to Clotrimazole.

Use in Pregnancy:
Candi Mazol can be used safely during pregnancy.
The use of Candi Mazol Vaginal Cream during last 4 – 6 weeks of pregnancy is recommended for the purpose of sanitation of the birth canal.
Pregnant women should strictly follow the instructions of their physicians.

Tolerance:
The local tolerance of Candi Mazol is generally excellent.
