COMPOSITION:

Each 100g Domizyle Emulsion contains 25g Benzyl Benzoate PB.

INDICATIONS:

Domizyle Emulsion is indicated for the treatment of scabies and pediculosis.

USAGE:

Domizyle Emulsion is for external use only.

Adults: After taking a hot bath and drying, Domizyle Emulsion is applied to the whole body except the head and face, treatment should be repeated once daily for 3 consecutive days without taking a bath. Special emphasis should be applied on infected areas. If any part of the body is accidentally washed throughout the treatment period, then Domizyle Emulsion should be re-applied at this specific area. During the treatment period, patient should not use clothing, bed sheets, and towels till these are boiled.

Children: As mentioned above, but Domizyle Emulsion should be diluted as follows:

1 quantity of Domizyle Emulsion + 1 quantity of water.

Infants: As mentioned above, but Domizyle Emulsion should be diluted as follows:

1 quantity of Domizyle Emulsion + 2 quantity of water

Or otherwise as instructed by physician.

SIDE – EFFECTS:

Domizyle Emulsion causes little skin irritation and may cause a transient burning sensation.

PRECAUTIONS:

• Persons who are in contact with the patient, should also apply the drug.
• Clothing, bed sheets, and towels should be boiled to get rid of the insects. The mattress and things, which are impossible to wash, should be exposed to sunrays.
• Avoid contact with face, eyes and mucous. If it accidentally gets into them, it should be washed thoroughly with water.
• Treatment should be repeated for 3 consecutive days for whole the family.
